The ECU School of Dental Medicine in Greenville is offering FREE dental screenings and x-rays on Wednesday, January 28, 2015, from 8:30 a.m. until noon for patients 18 years or older who are interested in participating in a Dental Board Examination for our graduating students. The screening will consist of x-rays, a limited dental examination and oral cancer screening. The screening exam will last approximately one hour.
Screening appointments must be scheduled in advance. Call 252-737-7834 to make an appointment. Patients who are not available on January 28 may be placed on an on call list and offered a Board Screening Exam at another time and day as scheduling permits.
Those selected at the Board Screening Exam to be a Board Exam patient must be available to attend a dental appointment on Friday, February 6, 2015, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to receive the filling and/or cleaning recommended by the Board Screening Exam. Fillings and/or cleanings will be delivered to Board Exam patients FREE of charge. Fourth-year dental students will perform the procedures.
Patients who are not accepted for the Board Exam are welcome to become comprehensive care patients at our school. Please call 252-737-7834 to make an appointment.
